Framed A-List - header's legend

Document legend,  By example, here is the general format of my A-List item* documents:

• Framed and "is.gd/1llr" are each a Link to this document.
• The "=A-List»" has 3 links - "=", "A-List", and "»".
• The "edit" link is for me to use to edit the document.
• The "Eric Herberholz" link is to my GooglePages page:
     EricHerberholz.GooglePages.com
  

* an item in My Annotated Tag Cloud (=A-List»): High-level topics / tags, that are important to me, that are linked to individual documents, on that subject. Sort of like having a personal Wikipedia - a byproduct of My_System.
