One time setup:
- Signup for a Google user Account
- Set up a Google Calendar
- Signup for a twitter user account
- Follow the "gcal" twitter user,
- Use twittercal to configure your twitter messages to gcal to go to your Google Calendar
- Send a direct message to gcal. For example: "d gcal go for a walk tomorrow at 8AM"
- Means of sending direct message: twitter, twitku, Twitterbar, Twitterfox
- My favorite is Twitterfox
